AVAILABILITY

I am available by appointment only, Sunday through Saturday for consultations, makeup, hair applications, weddings and photo sessions!

LOCATION

On-location, in the comfort of your home!

Payment is due on the day, BEFORE services are rendered. I will NOT under any circumstances perform any services before payment. You may of course pay before date of appointment.

I accept cash, PayPal and Credit Cards (5% convenience fee applies to PayPal & Credit Cards)

CANCELLATION POLICIES

For any makeup applications including wedding day bookings, 7 day notice is required for all cancellations and the full service rate will be charged for any appointments cancelled without 7 day notice. Over 15 minutes late WITH notice: $25 per 15 minutes will be charged, not to exceed $100/hour. Over 15 minutes WITHOUT notice: After 15 minutes the artist(s) will no longer hold the appointment and the full service rate will be charged. If the artist(s) is unable to wait for the client due to another appointment immediately following, the appointment will be canceled altogether after 20 minutes and the full service rate will be charged.

*Location and cancellation policies vary for wedding day bookings. If have a wedding contract with me, please refer to your contract for full details. 

*If you cancel your booking you will NOT receive your deposit back. 

Photography Cancellation

If Client shall cancel within thirty (30) days of the event date and if Krystal Marie Artistry does not obtain another assignment for that date, liquidated damages shall be charged in a reasonable amount not to exceed the deposit. A $300 cancellation fee shall be applied if the Client cancels less than seven (7) days of the event date.

RESERVING YOUR DATE

A signed agreement along with a min 50% retainer is required for all bookings. No date can be held without a signed agreement and retainer.

*A travel fee applies for on location bookings over 10 miles ROUND trip to 08360, please contact me for a  custom quote.

Before hours service fee of $100/hr will apply for services starting before 7:30am

Information and prices listed can change at anytime without a notice but will be posted to my  

site beforehand.  

 Rates are NON-negotiable.

PRODUCTS - I use a variety of products including Make Up forever, MAC, NARS and Smashbox as well as some you might not recognize that are formulated for HD film and TV.

FALSE LASHES - I use individual lashes and/or strip lashes, in every application resulting in a beautiful, natural look. 

LARGE PARTIES - I can accommodate as many people as you have in your party. I am available for bookings up to eight members and if you have a larger bridal /special occasion party, another artist will be booked to expedite applications.

Copyright is a property right.

Describes the rights given to creators for their literary and artistic works. We often don’t consider copyright when we look at our family photos, or go to get them copied. Even though it is so easy to copy an image—with scanners, photo-quality printers, and copy stations—it is still illegal. 

Just because you buy a print does not mean you have purchased the copyright.

Professional photographers are the smallest of small copyright holders.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation.

Photographers have the exclusive right to reproduce their photographs (right to control the making of copies). Copyright

Unless you have WRITTEN permission from the photographer, you can’t copy, distribute (no scanning and sending them to others), publicly display (no putting them online), or create derivative works from photographs.

*I will say: I LOVE that you love my work and want to upload it on Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites, I will allow this with 3 conditions: 

1. You CAN NOT remove my watermark / logo, 

2. You do NOT change the photograph, no cropping, no filters, changing colors of any sort and 

3. You must not only give me credit as the photographer but also tag me in the photos.

If you have a purchased my photographs WITHOUT my watermark / logo then you must give me credit as the photographer as it is not only nice to do but proper business etiquette :)   (note: that is ONLY available to be used online for business photos)

If you have Copies of Both Watermarked and Un-watermarked photos you must use the Watermarked photos for Social media.

A photographer can easily create over 20,000 separate pieces of intellectual property annually.

Professional photographers are dependent on their ability to control the reproduction of the photographs.

It affects their income and their livelihood and that of their families.

Even small levels of infringement—copying a photo without permission—can have a devastating impact on a photographer’s ability to make a living, AND affects their REPUTATION. When you copy, scan and print a picture that hasn’t been printed and given to you by a professional lab, you are getting a low resolution photograph and the colors can be off. Remember photography is an art form, this is my artistic view and vision. 

NEVER NEVER NEVER CAN YOU REMOVE MY WATERMARK / LOGO.... DONT DO IT!!   IT IS STEALING! 

Copyright infringements—reproducing photos without permission—can result in civil and criminal penalties.

Put copyright in perspective:

   65% of PPA photographers are self-employed photographers relying exclusively on 

photography as their primary source of income.

   47% of member studios rely on reprints as a profitable source of income.
